Clean For Me ("Clean For Me," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Clean For Me website at clean4me.net and the Clean For Me mobile apps (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, home access instructions, pet details, notes for your cleaner, and anything you send us through forms, the app, or support.
  • Booking and payment information: the services you book, dates and times, tips, and reviews. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
  • Location information: your service address, and, with your permission, device location used to match you with nearby cleaners and to show live arrival tracking.
  • Device and usage information: app and website activity, device type, IP address, and similar technical data, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

  • To create your account, process bookings, and match you with an available cleaner.
  • To share the details a cleaner needs to complete your booking, such as your address, access instructions, pet information, and notes.
  • To process payments and tips.
  • To send booking confirmations, cleaner arrival updates, account notices, and customer support messages.
  • With your consent, to send marketing messages about offers and updates.
  • To keep the Services safe, prevent fraud, and improve how they work.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your account, bookings, cleaner arrival updates, and support. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

How we share information

  • With cleaners who accept your booking, only the details needed to complete it.
  • With service providers who help us run the Services, such as payment processing, hosting, messaging, and customer support, under obligations to protect your information.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, cleaners, or Clean For Me.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Update your account details in the app at any time.
  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Turn off location permissions in your device settings (live tracking and matching may not work without it).
  • Ask us to access or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
