These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean For Me website at clean4me.net and the Clean For Me mobile apps (the "Services"), operated by Clean For Me ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Clean For Me platform

Clean For Me is a technology platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. Cleaners on Clean For Me are independent professionals, not employees of Clean For Me. Cleaners choose which jobs to accept.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the Services. Keep your account information accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Bookings

  • You can book on demand or schedule a future cleaning. On-demand bookings go to the first available nearby cleaner; arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • No subscription is required. You pay only for the cleanings you book.
  • Provide accurate details, including your address, access instructions, pets, and any notes. If you won't be home, you are responsible for providing safe access.
  • Please secure valuables and let us know about anything fragile or that should not be cleaned.

Prices, payments, and tips

The price for your booking is shown in the app before you confirm. Prices may vary, including at peak times. Payments are processed through the app by our payment providers. Tips are optional and may be given in the app or in person.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule in the app. Cancellation terms, including any fees for late cancellations, are shown in the app at the time of booking.

Satisfaction and issues

If something isn't right with your cleaning, contact us through the app or at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can help.

Text messaging program

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Clean For Me at the number you provide. Account and booking messages include confirmations, cleaner arrival updates, and support. If you also opt in to marketing messages, we may send offers and app updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, harass cleaners or staff, provide false information, or try to arrange off-platform payments for jobs found through Clean For Me.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clean For Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking involved.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
